Mega Logistics Centers
Long-span warehouses require a defined support grid, loading-ramp interfaces and structural checks. Spans above 40 m must be assessed in the project design.
Heavy Production Facilities
Specify crane capacity, duty class and wheel loads, including heavy-duty applications. Columns and crane runways require project-specific dynamic and fatigue verification.
Cold Storage & Food
Coordinate insulated-panel supports, thermal-bridge details and rooftop solar loads within the structural and envelope design.
Multi-story Structures
Steel galleries, industrial platforms and mezzanines can be included in the brief. Loads, fire requirements and fabrication interfaces are agreed per project.
Hangars, Agriculture & Custom Projects
Farms, riding arenas, silos and aviation hangars have different load and geometry requirements. The designer and selected fabricator confirm feasibility, tolerances and production scope before award.
BIM Scope & Fabrication Data.
Where LOD 400 fabrication models are required, agree responsibility and deliverables with the selected fabricator. Model exchange from Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit depends on the agreed workflow and compatible file formats.

Project Evidence for EU Procurement.
Request current certificates, traceability records and material documentation from the selected fabricator. Verify issuer, scope and validity against the project requirements before award; these are not Steel-Hub factory certifications.
Intermodal EU Connectivity.
Delivery planning should match component size, access and lifting requirements. Compare road, sea and air options with the carrier; routing, permits and timing are confirmed for each shipment.
