Agrivoltaic
Mounting Systems.
Substructure manufacturing for mega-solar farms. By utilizing Magnelis® ZM310 steel, we guarantee absolute corrosion resistance in high-ammonia agricultural environments.
Support for every Solar Layout.
From traditional ground-mounted solar plants to advanced agrivoltaic systems for dual land use. We supply steel structures that maximize your yield.
Single-Axis Trackers
Manufacturing of "Torque Tubes" and specialized bearings for sun-tracking systems. Perfect circularity and machining precision eliminate motor friction.
Fixed Tilt Arrays
Classic fixed structures with 2-portrait or 4-landscape panel layouts. Optimized for rapid field assembly via continuous perforations.
Solar Carports
Massive Y and V steel canopies designed for industrial parking lots. Includes integration of concealed cable routes and EV chargers.
Elevated Agrivoltaics
True agrivoltaic substructures. Piles elevated above 3 to 5 meters to allow the unhindered passage of agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters). Designed for high resistance to soil ammonia.
Terrain-Following Engineering.
Uneven terrain must not slow down construction. We process your PVsyst models and topographic CAD surveys, using specialized software to automatically calculate varying pile lengths for each individual pile in the field.
- ✓ Slope Tolerance simulations on gradients > 15%
- ✓ Generation of "BOM" lists by rows and zones (Block Design)
- ✓ Pull-Out and Lateral Push tests for soil statics
Authorized for Solar Farms.
We hold all the permits and technological certificates for processing state-of-the-art alloys (Magnelis/Macrolite) in C5 corrosive environments.
Mediterranean "Solar Belt" Supply Chain.
From Spain to Italy and Greece, the Mediterranean is leading the agrivoltaic revolution. We offer palletized Roll-Forming transport optimized for maximum truck utilization (24t net).
Nesting & Palletizing
Thanks to specific "Nesting" packaging (nesting open C/Sigma profiles into each other), we load up to 24 tons of pure steel per truck, with no 'empty air' transported. We significantly reduce transportation costs per installed MW.
Block-by-Block Delivery
For farms above 50MW capacity, trucks arrive exactly according to the field construction sequence (Block 1, Block 2...). On-site workers immediately unload the pallets and start assembly without wasting time sorting components on large plots.
