Exposed Structural
Steel (AESS).
When steel becomes art. We produce 'Showcase' structures where welds become invisible, joints seamless, and geometry follows the boldest visions of architects.
Where engineering meets aesthetics.
We realize projects with high visual requirements (High Visual Impact). Our clients are renowned architectural firms and 'Premium' investors in the European market.
Airports and Terminals
Massive steel "Tree-Columns" and tubular arches supporting the roofs of airports and railway stations. Flawless welds visible to thousands of passengers daily.
Commercial Atriums (Malls)
Structures for shopping centers and corporate headquarters. Implementation of "hidden bolts" and 'Flush' cover plates for a clean look.
Pedestrian Bridges
Designer pedestrian walkways and bridges relying on slender, curved steel profiles instead of heavy concrete.
Parametric Facades and Canopies
Free-form and organic structures based on generative design. We use 3D tube rolling and precise laser cutting to achieve fluid lines of grids, facades, and architectural shells.
Parametric Engineering.
Architectural "Free-form" requires a different toolset. Our engineers work in software like Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper to "rationalize" complex geometry into components that can be laser-cut and welded.
- ✓ Curvature rationalization (Planar vs. Double-Curved)
- ✓ Direct BIM integration via Revit and Tekla
- ✓ 3D Laser Scanning of existing buildings for a perfect Fit
Authorized for Premium Architecture.
Beyond structural load-bearing capacity, these certificates confirm our ability to deliver an aesthetically perfect piece of steel.
Architectural "White-Glove" Transport.
A scratch on the construction site is not an option. We organize careful packaging and "White-Glove" transport of bulky pieces to narrow city centers of European metropolises.
Custom Cradles & Padding
For each AESS element, we design custom wooden/steel cradles lined with nylon and rubber (Nylon slings). No metal chain is allowed to come into contact with the final coating during loading.
City-Center Logistics
Architectural projects are most often located in the middle of built-up cities. We plan exact routes for night deliveries, obtain special permits, and ensure "Just-In-Time" unloading on narrow construction sites in London, Paris, and Berlin.
