L-profile lattice towers for suspension, tension and angle locations. Tower families, loads and drilling details are defined by the operator specification and project design.
Substations and Portals
Load-bearing structures within switchgear installations. Includes heavy portals for conductor support and high-precision gantry structures.
Equipment Stands
Standardized steel pedestals for current/voltage transformers and disconnectors, tailored to the specifications of leading EU operators.
Tubular Poles (Urban & Rural)
Polygonal tubular poles may be considered where lattice-tower footprints are constrained. Voltage level, clearances, foundations and fabrication feasibility require project-specific review.
PLS-CADD & PLS-POLE Data.
Geometry and drawing outputs from PLS-CADD / TOWER must be checked against approved revisions and the selected fabricator's file requirements. Data transfer does not replace dimensional inspection.

Request the selected fabricator's certificates, material records and inspection plan for the tender scope. Verify validity and operator-specific approvals before award; Steel-Hub does not claim factory or operator certification.

For grid projects in Central and Eastern Europe, coordinate scheduled truck call-offs with the selected fabricator and carrier. Loading location, permits and delivery windows are confirmed for the project.

Planned Truck Dispatch
Confirm routes, permits, carrier capacity and transit estimates for each destination. Just-in-time call-offs depend on the approved production programme, site readiness and unloading resources.
Sequence Bundling
Agree packing by tower or assembly sequence, component identification and unloading points before dispatch. QR or barcode labels and site handling are specified where suitable; sorting and storage needs must be checked.
